RedLaser Support

We published updates to our apps today to the App Store. With this release, we have added the RedLaser SDK, which gives our apps the ability to read 1D and 2D codes. For users that need to scan and process 1D/2D codes as part of your business, our forms can support your workflow.

Below are the lists of supported codes.
1D codes: UPC-A, UPC-E, Codabar, ITF/Code 25, Code 39, Code 128, EAN 2, EAN 5, EAN 8, EAN 13, ITF 14
2D codes: QR Codes, Data Matrix (partially)

Email Delivery Options:
Scheduling Emails

Due to client demand, we have added to our email delivery options. In addition to manually or automatically sending emails from your submitted forms, you can now schedule your emails to be sent in hourly increments (Examples: 4 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours). This feature gives business owners and managers time to review and edit their emails before they are sent. If you are reviewing emails before sending, scheduling emails can also help ensure consistent communication with your clients.

Mapping Forms and Fields to Emails

Can my forms be automatically emailed to my customers, clients, vendors, managers, etc?

The short answer is yes.

The purpose of this post is to provide more information on how we link your forms to email addresses. Data mapping is the technical term for connecting sets of data. In our case, we map client forms and fields within their forms to their customer lists, vendor lists, internal contacts, etc. Data mapping allows our clients to use drop down lists and other convenient options to connect their forms with relevant individuals or groups like property owners, project managers, etc. This functionality helps eliminate most of the need for field staff to fill out contact information, unless the contact/customer is new and isn’t in the client’s current database. This functionality also allows forms to be emailed to relevant individuals or groups.

Dashboards: Easily Manage Your Data

Our dashboard gives our clients easy access to manage their field data, email, customer and vendor lists, and more. Each client’s dashboard is customized per form, so the default view for each form displays the most important and relavent for that client.

From their dashboard, clients can:
• Add or edit photos, documents, signatures to emails
• Edit and modify data collected by their field staff
• Export their data as CSV or PDF files
• Filter their data
• Manage their customer and vendor lists
• Send emails
